Use of the App
MESBG Online is provided as a hobby tabletop companion for roster loading, board play, and peer-to-peer multiplayer sessions. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the app to harass others, interfere with sessions, probe for vulnerabilities, or engage in unlawful activity.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer uses peer-to-peer connections. Only share room codes with people you trust. You are responsible for the information you share and for the people you invite into a room.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, gameplay progress, or service availability arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
